Q: What is the currency used in the pricing?
A: All prices stated are in Singapore Dollars.

Q: Where can I find your CDs for sale?
A: For easy browsing, please refer to header under CD List. Each CD is listed individually with title.

Q: How much is the postage for delivery in Singapore?
     (CHOOSE OPTION 1 FOR YOUR PURCHASE)
A: All items listed in this online music store come with Free Normal Postage.  Normal (unregistered) mails are posted at BUYER'S RISK. Please do not blame the Seller for non-receipt. Opt for registered mail (S$2.25) if you are unwilling to take this risk. Seller will leave a sender's return address on the package should the item be lost in transit and is not responsible for items lost in the mail. Seller will usually dispatch within 3 working days of receiving cleared payment.

Q: How much is the postage for international shipping?
      (CHOOSE OPTION 2, 3 OR 4 FOR YOUR PURCHASE)
A: Seller ships worldwide. International postage depends on the overall weight of the item as determined by the rates provided by Singapore Post. Overseas buyer pays shipping, packaging materials and handling costs. We will send the item by registered airmail so that we can provide you with a tracking number. We offer combined shipment. Any excess postage is refunded by PayPal.

Q: Will the item be wrapped?
A: Yes, all items will be properly packed to minimize any damage during the delivery.  I take great care in packaging your purchase. However, Seller is not responsible for items damaged in the mail. To save the environment, I may use recycled materials in my packaging. For overseas buyers, item(s) will be securely packed prior to sending.

Q: Does Seller do meet-up with Buyer?
A: No.

Q: How do I pay for my item?
A: We accept PayPal.

What is shown is what you get (sold as is). The description of each item is detailed and informative. Seller lists the condition of the item in each listing. Item is described to the best of Seller’s ability. Goods sold are non-returnable and non-refundable. Please ask all questions before buying. If you have any additional questions, please allow the Seller to answer these questions prior to your purchase. We will gladly take more photos if additional information is requested.
